Lonette K. Merriman is an alcohol regulatory specialist in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C., office. She focuses her practice on complex regulatory issues facing alcohol and beverage companies. Lonette’s work includes assisting clients with a variety of alcohol regulatory issues including product formulation and labeling for alcohol beverages, flavors and other non-beverage articles, federal and state licensing, permitting, and registrations, and drafting applications, requests for rulings and Freedom of Information requests.
