Lindsay also advises US and multinational companies and executives in the healthcare, FinTech, gig economy, retail, staffing, and modelling and influencer industries on all aspects of employment, labor and corporate compliance, including the drafting and negotiation of employment and separation agreements; corporate restructurings and reductions in force; expansions into new countries; employer response in epidemic and pandemic situations, including COVID-19; internal corporate investigations, including sexual harassment; handbooks and policy manuals; US and global codes of conduct; protection against employee raiding and theft of trade secrets and other confidential information; and compliance with all global personnel policies, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, discipline and consultation obligations, terminations and secondments.
