Leonard Brazil

Professional Biography

Leonard Brazil joined Clark & Trevithick in 1983 where he is a principal in the litigation department with extensive experience in federal and state courts. Leonard's litigation practice is primarily in the areas of employment law and unfair competition. To assist companies in minimizing risks and litigation exposure in the employment arena, Leonard's practice also includes substantial advice and counsel work to management in such areas as wage and hour laws, establishing and enforcing employment policies and procedures, and assisting in pre-termination evaluations. Leonard also assists companies in conducting compliance with federal and state employment laws. Additionally, he is an active lecturer on a variety of employment topics.

Earning his bachelor's degree in public administration from the University of Southern California, cum laude in 1979, Leonard went on to Loyola Law School and received his law degree in 1982.  Leonard is actively involved in the American Business Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the Employment Section of the Los Angeles County Bar.
