Lenka Vagundová focuses her practice on general corporate, M&A, real estate and employment matters.
Lenka’s experience includes advising on all aspects of general corporate and commercial matters, employment and real estate matters to various Slovak and foreign legal entities. Lenka conducted due diligence reviews, focusing on corporate and real estate issues, environmental matters and transactional matters.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava, in 2014. As part of her legal studies, Lenka attended Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius concentrating mainly on the international public law. Since 2015,
Lenka has been studying Italian language and culture at the Italian Institute of Culture in Bratislava.
