She advises on the federal and state tax considerations and structuring of real estate joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and other complex domestic and cross-border commercial transactions. With experience spanning a range of sectors, including real estate, private equity, technology, life sciences, manufacturing, and nonprofit, she works efficiently to structure transactions tailored to her clients’ business objectives.
