Lauren Oldham represents employers in all areas of labor and employment litigation, and has regularly assisted employers in investigating and responding to charges of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Lauren’s practice also includes advising employers on best practices, policies and procedures, and compliance with state and federal laws. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins Lauren practiced employment law at one of Oklahoma’s largest firms. Lauren is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Texas.
Lauren received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school Lauren was an editor of the American Indian Law Review and achieved first place at the National Black Student Association International Negotiations Competition in Portland, Oregon. Lauren simultaneously earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma Michael F. Price College of Business.
