Larry L. Turner focuses on counseling and litigation involving trade secret protection, restrictive covenants and various employment matters involving independent contractor issues as well as discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims. Co-leader of the Morgan Lewis Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets Taskforce, he advises clients on trade secret protection strategies and restrictive covenants and has served as lead trial counsel in numerous litigation actions across the country to enforce and challenge noncompete, nondisclosure, and nonsolicitation agreements as well as trade secret and various types of employment matters. He is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee and counsels employers on corporate diversity initiatives, including best practices and litigation avoidance.
