Professional Biography

Barnes & Thornburg’s Labor and Employment Law Department is one of the fastest-growing labor groups in the nation. Barnes & Thornburg’s Labor and Employment Practice Group has been named a Go-To Thought Leader in the field of employment law by the National Law Review. Throughout the year, Barnes’ Employment Group has tirelessly covered the changing landscape of US labor law as it pertains to the coronavirus pandemic, publishing articles on topics such as OSHA Vaccine-or-Test Mandate, California COVID Paid Sick Leave, and Minnesota Frontline Worker Bonuses. Barnes & Thornburg’s Wage and Hour Practice Group is recognized as National Law Review Go To Thought Leaders for the group’s innovative COVID-19 Related Workplace Litigation Tracker, which monitors workplace litigation in state and federal courts across the country and analyzes Coronavirus related labor and employment claim trends, giving employers guidance on compliance and preventitive measures. COVID-19 cases are grouped by type of litigation and provides weekly updates as new cases are filed, an invaluable resource for employers during these turbulent times.
