Dave Castleberry represents and counsels clients in a broad range of issues arising out of labor and employment law issues. Dave has successfully represented clients in federal and state court and before administrative agencies on claims arising out of the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, Title VII, federal and state wage and hour laws, trade secrets, noncompetes, and business torts. His practice also includes drafting employment agreements for companies and high-level executives, drafting company policies, conducting investigations for government agencies and private companies, and counseling employers on issues such as leaves of absences, wage and hour questions, and reductions in force.
In addition to his employment practice, Dave has extensive experience representing clients in business and commercial disputes, real estate disputes, and in matters related to receivership actions arising out of securities and investor fraud in federal and state court.
