Kyle R. Gerlach is a staff attorney in the Columbus office of Barnes & Thornburg.
As a member of the firm's Litigation Department, Kyle focuses his practice on arbitration matters related to multistate litigation under the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement. Kyle also works on litigation related to mortgage loans and mortgage servicing and is a member of the Appellate, and Finance, Insolvency and Restructuring Departments.
