Kieran Coe is an associate in the Tax Practice Group in the firm’s Milwaukee office. He focuses his practice on the tax and corporate law aspects of complex business transactions. Representative matters include taxable and tax-free acquisitions and dispositions, reorganizations, spin-offs, and advising clients on transfer pricing issues in international asset transfers. His practice also includes the structuring of investment funds.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Kieran was an associate with a firm in Washington, D.C. During law school, Kieran served as a Law Clerk Extern to Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and as a legal intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Conservation Law Foundation.
