Katy Ramos is an associate and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Katy served as a summer associate at the firm prior to becoming an associate. Through this role, she reviewed case documents and applicable law to create an exposure analysis for potential settlement matters. She also conducted research to answer novel legal questions surrounding ongoing litigation, and drafted a case summary for publication.
Additionally, Katy gained experience as a summer clerk for a nonprofit law firm in Los Angeles. During this time, she researched and drafted memoranda focusing on small business development, interviewed potential clients, and created pamphlets pertaining to numerous areas of law, including intellectual property, advertising, and employment.
