Kathryn Arnold’s litigation practice focuses on representing corporate clients in white-collar defense and complex civil matters.
Ms. Arnold represents pharmaceutical companies, biotechs, medical device companies, defense contractors, financial institutions and other clients in government and internal investigations. She has represented clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, the Department of Health and Human Services - Office of Investigations, and other government entities.
Ms. Arnold has extensive experience representing life sciences companies in government investigations involving alleged violations of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, the Anti-Kickack Statute, the False Claims Act, and other federal statutes, as well as in defending related False Claims Act litigation in federal courts across the country. She also conducts internal corporate investigations, as well as advises clients on compliance issues and risk mitigation. Ms. Arnold has significant experience with ediscovery, and regularly counsels clients on complex ediscovery issues and related cost management.
