Kathleen (Kat) Lynch is an Associate at McDermott Will Emery's Chicago office. She focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation and trademark enforcement matters.
While in law school, Kat was the publisher of the Case Western Reserve Law Review and served as an honors fellow for legal writing courses. She was a research assistant to Professor Jonathan H. Adler and a federal judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Kat also volunteered at Case Western’s Kramer Law Clinic, doing pro bono immigration work.
Prior to attending law school, Kat earned a master’s degree in information and library sciences.
