Katherine F. Froelicher is a staff attorney in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and regulatory issues in the alcohol beverage industry.
Since joining McDermott, she has focused her practice on e-discovery and data management issues relative to White Collar Criminal Defense, Contract Disputes and Corporate Compliance. In addition Katherine counsels clients on federal and state requirements relating to the distribution and sale of alcohol beverages.
