Kate serves as trial counsel in high-exposure cases in federal and state courts across the country. She tries civil cases to judges, juries, and arbitrators, on claims ranging from products liability to employment law to complex commercial disputes. She prides herself on being fearless in the courtroom and on working closely with her clients to shape litigation strategy that guides cases to successful resolutions. Kate graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2008 and is admitted to practice in Texas, Tennessee, and Idaho.
