Karina R. Kendrick is an Associate in the Cleveland, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, FMLA, ADA, and wage and hour issues.
During law school, Ms. Kendrick was an executive editor of Article Selection & Symposium for the West Virginia Law Review and Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Society. She was also the recipient of the West Virginia University Board of Trustees Scholarship and CALI Excellence Awards for Evidence and Entertainment Law.
While obtaining her undergraduate degree, Ms. Kendrick was a four-year member and captain of the NCAA Division II Glenville State College women’s basketball team and member of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee. In addition to on the court accolades, Ms. Kendrick also earned President’s Honor Roll and West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Academic Honors all four years of her undergraduate career.
