Julia is a partner who practices in the areas of electronic discovery, information management, business litigation, antitrust litigation, and data breach litigation. She serves as discovery counsel to clients in complex litigation, advising them regarding discovery response strategy, search and review methodologies, and e-discovery challenges. Julia advocates on behalf of her clients in the negotiation of ESI protocols and the scope of discovery and when discovery disputes arise in the course of litigation. She also works with clients to develop consistent discovery approaches across their cases and enterprises. Prior to concentrating on electronic discovery, Julia litigated commercial, business, and employment cases.
