Johan de Wet is an associate in Cadwalader's Finance Group. Johan’s practice focuses on fund finance and he represents banks and financial institutions as lenders and lead agents in structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities. Prior to joining Cadwalader, he worked in the banking and finance department of a major Pan African law firm. He received his LL.M. from Georgetown University, his B.Com (Hons.) from the University of South Africa, and his B.Com (Fin.), LL.B. from the University of Stellenbosch. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, District of Columbia and in South Africa.
