Ms. Schmidt is an associate in Holland & Hart's Denver office and a member of the Environment, Energy and Natural Resources team.
Ms. Schmidt's extensive litigation experience is an asset to her representation of clients in the energy and resource industries. Ms. Schmidt has frequently appeared in state court matters, including appellate arguments before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court. She has tried over 25 jury trials. In addition to her criminal and civil litigation work, she has counseled clients and conducted internal investigations.
