Jessica M. Bocchinfuso

Professional Biography

Jessica M. Bocchinfuso is an Associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  Ms. Bocchinfuso represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including litigation involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour issues in state and federal court, arbitrations, and before administrative agencies.

Ms. Bocchinfuso has significant experience defending employers in claims brought under Title VII, Section 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, and many other federal and state labor and employment laws.  Ms. Bocchinfuso also regularly counsels employers regarding compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and strategies for avoiding and minimizing litigation.

Ms. Bocchinfuso graduated magna cum laude from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2012 and was a member of the Temple Law Review.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bocchinfuso served three years as a law clerk to the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Ms. Bocchinfuso received her B.A. from Arcadia University in 2009, graduating summa cum laude.
