Jeremy Schneider is an Associate in the Washington, DC Region office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Mr. Schneider represents employers in a wide-array of employment litigation matters and also counsels clients on how to prevent litigation. He has represented management in state and federal court, arbitrations, and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and OSHA, in cases arising under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as breach of contract and tort claims. Mr. Schneider also has extensive experience litigating whistleblower cases brought under the False Claims Act, Dodd-Frank, Sarbanes-Oxley, and various state whistleblower laws.
