Jeremy R. Scott has a broad range of government relations and lobbying experience in government, health care policy, and in representing and advancing legislative interests of nonprofit, advocacy and health organizations. He has particular skill and knowledge in strategic planning, working the federal appropriations and authorization processes, planning and executing Capitol Hill advocacy days, and developing grassroots and grasstops programs. He is a member of the firm’s District Policy Group.
Jeremy’s clients include nonprofit and patient advocacy organizations, health professional organizations and medical device companies. He provides these clients with strategic counsel on a variety of policy and advocacy issues, including advancing authorization legislation, securing federal appropriations support for programmatic funding increases, working with federal agencies on the implementation of legislation or proposed rules, conducting Capitol Hill advocacy and training events and implementing grassroots/grasstops campaigns.
