Jennifer Satterfield is an associate in the Environmental, Safety & Health Practice Group based in the Cleveland office. Jennifer’s practice focuses on environmental compliance matters. She has experience with several environmental statutes, including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA).
Jennifer has developed experience with environmental permitting and permit transfer. This includes reviewing permits such as the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits and Title V permits under the Clean Air Act.
In addition, Jennifer works with the Life Sciences Industry Group and advises clients on Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory matters. In particular, she has assisted clients with labeling and marketing cosmetic products in the US.
During law school, Jennifer was an extern for a multinational corporation in the sensor industry. She also clerked for a large public university, working on matters such as healthcare licensing and museum compliance. In addition, Jennifer worked as an assistant for a law professor researching real property financing.
