Jennifer Dollard-Smith

Professional Biography

Jennifer Dollard-Smith is a litigator with experience representing public and private companies in state and federal courts. She has represented clients in consumer class actions, complex business disputes, arbitration proceedings, preliminary injunctions and government investigations. Jennifer is also a member of the firm’s Healthcare Industry Group. She has represented clients in a number of payor-provider disputes concerning Medicaid reimbursements, overpayment recovery and Medicare risk adjustment.

An active member of the community, Jennifer is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Women’s Bar Foundation. She also serves as a mentor for the Ohio Women’s Bar Association law school mentoring program. In addition, Jennifer volunteers as a supervising attorney for the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, which provides free services and counseling to small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs on transactional legal issues critical to their success.

Jennifer was selected to be honored at the John W. Peck Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Chapter of the Federal Bar Association’s inaugural PLEDGE (Promoting Lawyer Excellence & Driving Gender Equality) event, which recognizes exceptional women lawyers in the greater Cincinnati area. She was also recognized in Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2020, a list of the top up and coming lawyers in Ohio.
