His principal practice focuses on leveraged finance and other syndicated bank loan transactions, the financing of financial assets, distressed debt trading, asset-based lending, commodities financings, energy project financings and rescue financing, workouts, debtor-in-possession financings and exit financings. Jeff’s clients include many of the world’s leading domestic and foreign commercial banks, investment banks and other financial institutions, including hedge funds.
Jeff is also focused on innovation and emerging technologies impacting financing transactions, including blockchain technology.
