Jason Levy is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Century City office and is a member of the firm’s Healthcare team.

Areas of Practice

Jason's practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters, primarily in the healthcare space. He represents a wide variety of clients including private equity funds, physician groups, provider management services organizations, and independent physician associations. Jason’s experience includes advising on corporate formations, negotiating and drafting transactional documents for asset and stock acquisitions, professional services and management services arrangements, and employment and independent contractor arrangements, navigating corporate practice of medicine issues, and managing due diligence investigations.
