Jason C. Hirsch concentrates his practice on a wide range of corporate matters.
Jason previously was a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining Blank Rome, Jason served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Marilyn Heffley of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Jason previously worked as an investment analyst for a Conshohocken-based private equity firm.
During law school, Jason served as a note/comment editor and write-on coordinator for the Temple Law Review. Jason also participated in Temple Law School’s yearlong Federal Judicial Clerkship Honors Program, serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable Mark Kearney of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
In 2022, Jason authored “A New Digital Age: Why COVID-19 Necessitates Preemptive Federal Action to Regulate Data Privacy,” which was published in Temple Law Review Vol. 94, Online.
