Jaroslav Tajbr is an intellectual property and data protection lawyer with more than 15 years of professional experience. As a Czech-qualified lawyer, he assists with intellectual property/technology and data protection matters both in an M&A and day-to-day counselling capacity. He has extensive experience in international projects involving intellectual property matters, technology-related issues, media and content matters with a special focus on data protection and privacy.
Jaroslav holds a double degree in law and international commerce. He is the author and co-author of many professional publications.
