Jared Weir is an associate in the litigation practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office. Since completing clerkships with two federal judges, Jared’s practice has focused on complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients in state and federal court and arbitration in disputes involving entity governance, breach of contract, real estate, trade secrets, cybersquatting, director and officer liability, ERISA, antitrust, toxic tort, oil and gas royalties, bankruptcy and fraud.
