Jared Palmer’s practice focuses on counseling and defending public and private companies in class action and single plaintiff employment disputes before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Mr. Palmer’s practice spanned a wide range of substantive legal areas, including products liability, false advertising, civil fraud, breach of contract, tort, and unfair competition and deceptive business practices.
Mr. Palmer regularly represents clients on a pro bono basis. He previously provided pro bono representation all the way to the California Supreme Court in an effort to ensure state agencies comply with their statutory obligations. He also volunteers with the Bar Association of San Francisco to assist renters facing eviction.
