Professional Biography

Janice Dubler is a shareholder in the Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, New Jersey, offices of Ogletree Deakins. She concentrates her practice on employment litigation, developing employment policies and providing counsel to clients on litigation avoidance.

Janice appears before federal and state courts and administrative agencies in connection with a broad range of employment matters including discrimination and harassment claims based on gender, sexual orientation, race, age, national origin and disability, as well as retaliation and whistleblower allegations, breach of contract, trade secret and restrictive covenant matters. She has litigated cases arising from the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and other state and federal employment laws.

Janice regularly counsels clients on employment discipline, layoffs and other terminations, personnel policies and procedures and Americans with Disabilities Act and Family and Medical Leave Act compliance. She directs and participates in internal investigations on harassment, policy violations, ethics issues and other employment issues. Janice provides training to employers on these and other topics.
