Jacob is a member of the firm’s Corporate Services Team and focuses on areas of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, corporate finance and other commercial transactions. He has experience working with businesses ranging from early stage startups to mature, privately-held businesses of all sizes. Jacob’s representative experience spans a wide array of industries and includes clients such as manufacturers, distributors, food processors, early stage technology companies, and banking entities.
In addition to general corporate services, Jacob is also co-chair of the Food Law Team. Jacob’s food law experience includes compliance with FDA labeling requirements and the Food Safety Modernization Act. Jacob also has representative experience with agricultural cooperatives and the Capper Volstead Act.
