Jack Goold is a Solicitor at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance group in the London office.
Mr. Goold’s practice is focused on asset finance and he advises on a variety of cross-border secured aircraft finance, leasing, sale and purchase transactions, on both commercial airliners and business jets acting for financiers, lessors and operators.
During his training contract, Mr. Goold completed a secondment to the commercial and financing legal department of Airbus in Toulouse, France.
