Ben Broadhead counsels manufacturers on protecting and defending their products. He practices with the firm’s product liability group, defending mass torts and multidistrict litigation.
Ben began his career in product liability during law school, as a law clerk with Faegre Drinker and a summer associate and law clerk in the litigation departments of other Indianapolis firms. He also served as an extern for Judge Mark Massa of the Indiana Supreme Court, where he gained firsthand experience in the judicial system.
