Allen is an associate in the firm’s Raleigh, North Carolina office. His practice primarily focuses on representing management in labor and employment law litigation. A large portion of Allen’s practice involves litigating restrictive covenant disputes involving non-compete agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, and other business related litigation. Allen also defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and wrongful discharge before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Ogletree, Allen engaged in a varied civil litigation practice at a regional defense litigation firm. In addition to labor and employment, he has experience handling construction litigation, creditor’s rights litigation, and commercial litigation.
