Isabelle concentrates her work in the areas of public and private placements of equity and debt securities, securities regulatory matters and corporate governance. In particular, she advises clients on the ongoing reporting obligations imposed on companies by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, such as annual reports on Form 10-K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, current reports on Form 8-K, and proxy statements, as well as Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting obligations of directors, officers and significant shareholders. Additionally, Isabelle offers guidance on New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and NASDAQ compliance and general corporate counseling.
Isabelle also advises public and private clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and private equity investments.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Isabelle practiced with two international law firms in Atlanta and New York, where she developed and enhanced her skills representing clients in securities and corporate governance matters, as well as in M&A, asset sales, corporate restructurings, private equity investments, joint ventures, and other general business needs.
