Henry Brockway is an associate in the firm's Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice. Prior to joining the firm, Henry was an associate at an international law firm. Through this role, Henry represented clients before the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in all phases of merger review and advising on all aspects of the deal process including risk assessment, negotiations, diligence, information exchanges, gun jumping, Second Request compliance, and pre-closing integration planning.
Henry also represented clients in non-merger conduct investigations by the DOJ, FTC, and state attorneys general. In addition, his experience includes representing clients in antitrust litigation brought by private plaintiffs and federal and state government agencies.
