Henrietta Worthington is a Solicitor in Vedder Price’s London office and a member of the firm’s Finance & Transactions group.

Ms. Worthington concentrates her practice on providing counsel to borrowers and lenders in domestic and cross-border debt financings. She has experience representing banks, funds and other financial institutions in connection with a broad range of transactions, including sustainable finance, financings of energy and infrastructure projects, export finance, acquisition finance and restructurings.
