Heather has experience in Corporate and Transactional and Finance matters. She has assisted in forming business entities; conducted due diligence for a $90.5 million acquisition; drafted operating agreements, motions, briefs, and memoranda; and assisted in the review of federal and state compliance regulations regarding real estate development projects and investment trusts.
Prior to law school, Heather spent nearly a decade working overseas in the international non-profit sector. Her experience managing large-scale budgets and company-wide restructurings gives her first-hand insight into the practical needs of her clients.
