Harold Dembo is a Principal at Much Shelist's Chicago office. Harold is an experienced transactional attorney with a focus on real estate. He represents lenders, builders, entrepreneurs, investors, and other parties engaged in the development and management of industrial, commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
Harold represents institutional lenders in virtually all aspects of commercial real estate and corporate loan transactions. On behalf of property managers, owners, and tenants, he negotiates a range of leases and provides counsel with respect to the acquisition, development, and financing of real estate projects. He is also experienced in negotiating workouts in loan transactions for lender and borrower clients.
A certified public accountant, Harold also advises clients on a range of legal and business issues.
