Hailey Adler is a member of the Business Law Practice and Health Care & Life Sciences Groups at Foley & Lardner. She focuses on health care transactions and regulatory compliance, offering clients guidance on navigating complex legal challenges in the health care industry. She began her career with the firm as a Health Clerk, where she drafted transactional documents for health care mergers and acquisitions and conducted legal research on health care laws and regulations. Her work involved analyzing health care regulations to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
During her time at Colorado Law School, Hailey served as President of the Health Law Society. She also interned with the Colorado Office of the Attorney General, where she monitored legal and regulatory developments, conducted research to support case strategies, and assisted with discovery and trial preparation. Additionally, she completed a legal internship at COTA, Inc. in New York City, where she focused on HIPAA and FDA compliance, drafted life sciences contracts, and conducted research on health data and genetic information regulations. Hailey also co-authored a Casebook on Compliance Law as a research assistant and gained practical experience as a student attorney in the Family and Juvenile Law Clinic.
