• Acted for the shareholders of Metryx Limited on its sale to a subsidiary of LAM Research Corporation for up to $20 million.°
• Advised Yandex N.V., Russia’s largest internet company, on its $1.4 billion initial public offering and $667 million secondary public offering on the NASDAQ Global Select Market.°
• Acted for Thermo Fischer Scientific, Inc. on its $3.5 billion acquisition of the Phadia Group.°
• Advised ESWC Acquisitions Ltd on its takeover offer for AIM-listed Prologic plc valuing the target at £4.5 million.°
• Represented Bottomline Technologies (de), Inc. on several UK and European acquisitions including Albany Software Limited and Sterci S.A.°
