Gregory C. Pruden is an associate at Binder & Schwartz LLP. His practice focuses on securities litigation, litigation under the False Claims Act, and other complex commercial disputes. Gregory has represented financial institutions, hedge funds, insurance companies, and executives from case origination through to trial in federal courts, state courts, and arbitration.
Gregory is a graduate of Harvard Law School and was a student attorney in the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, where he tried landlord-tenant cases and briefed multiple appeals in the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
