Graham focuses his practice on litigation and regulatory matters involving water resources. He helps clients navigate litigation in citizen suits, class actions, and enforcement resolutions.
Graham was a B&D summer associate in 2021. While working towards his J.D., Graham was the Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Environmental Law Journal, a Student Attorney for the Texas Environmental Law Clinic, and received honors for completing over 350 hours of pro bono work. Graham represented Texas at multiple interscholastic Moot Court and Mock Trial competitions and was inducted into the national advocacy honors society, The Order of Barristers. He also interned for the Environmental Defense Fund and for a Federal District Judge in Austin.
Prior to law school, Graham worked as an Assistant for Investigations and Financial Disclosure on the United States Senate Select Committee on Ethics.
