Fredric D. Bellamy

Professional Biography

Fredric D. Bellamy protects his clients’ legal rights and guides his clients in smartly managing their legal risks, particularly with respect to matters involving science and technology. Fredric leads the firm’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice group. He is also a member of the firm’s Litigation and Water, Energy, Resources, and Environmental Law practice groups. 

Fredric focuses on helping clients in three areas:

  • Cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology law, including helping clients in: developing and maintaining up-to-date, workable and practical policies to protect their customers’ and employees’ data privacy as well as their companies’ proprietary business data; responding to data breach incidents; and maximizing the value of their insurance coverage. [Click here for more details.]
