Franklin focuses his practice on data privacy, information security, software and data licensing, fintech, and emerging technologies. He is a former full stack engineer with experience in web application development and distributed computing. Prior to joining the firm, he was a technical lead and corporate counsel at New York–based fintech company PeerIQ.
