Ethan’s practice spans a range of civil, criminal, labor, and employment matters in which he guides clients through all stages of litigation and arbitration, including pre-litigation investigations, pre-trial discovery, motion practice, and appeals.
He represents employers in connection with claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Section 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Equal Pay Act, and state human rights laws. In addition, businesses and individuals rely on Ethan to represent them in commercial disputes involving business torts, breaches of contractual and commercial lease obligations, fraud and False Claims Act violations, and the enforcement of money judgments.
Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Ethan was an attorney in the Litigation Practice Group at a prominent regional law firm, where he litigated a wide range of complex civil, criminal, and employment matters. During law school, Ethan served on the Executive Board of Cardozo’s Moot Court Honors Society, and as a law clerk in the Labor Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
