Eric Zhang is a legal consultant in the firm’s Shanghai office assisting multinational companies and PRC companies in a variety of corporate and employment matters.
Eric frequently advises a broad spectrum of clients from different industries on legal and compliance matters in connection with foreign investment, employment, foreign exchange and construction law. He has participated in M&A transactions, chemical plant developments, FCPA investigations and other corporate internal investigations.
Before joining the firm, Eric practiced in the Shanghai offices of an international law firm.
