Eric’s practice concentrates on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance matters, and compliance with federal securities law and stock exchange requirements in the context of initial public offerings, secondary offerings, private placements, director and employee compensation plans, periodic and event-based SEC filings, and special purpose acquisition company launches and combinations.
